TULSA, Okla. – Cherokee Nation Technologies was recently awarded the 2017 Department of Homeland Security Small Business Achievement Award. The award honors CNT, a company within the technology sector of Cherokee Nation Businesses, for its outstanding efforts in supporting the United States Coast Guard.

The award, presented at the recent 13th Annual Department of Homeland Security Small Business Ceremony, recognizes CNT’s high production levels, staff retention and hiring practices while completing work for the U.S. Coast Guard. The company was also commended for maintaining competitive salaries and comprehensive benefit packages for staff throughout its multiple contracts with DHS.
DHS is supported by 16,000 small businesses. CNT is one of only 16 companies to receive the prestigious Small Business Achievement Award.
