The Swon Brothers to play The Joint on August 3

July 11, 2013

Muskogee’s own The Swon Brothers are returning to their home state Aug. 3 to perform at The Joint inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

Tickets start at $25 and are on sale.

The ascent to stardom has happened quickly for Zach and Colton Swon, who previously performed at Cherokee Casino Fort Gibson on Mar. 29 and Mar. 30, which was just two days before beginning their run on “The Voice.”

As young children, Zach and Colton were performing on the road with their parents’ Southern gospel group, Exodus. In 2000, when the boys were just 12 and 15, they began playing together as The Swon Brothers on various local stages and venues.

Their debut album, “Another Day,” was released in 2009, and “Set List” followed two years later, featuring songs like "Oklahoma Lovin’" and "This Close to Gone."
