ROLAND, Okla. — Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland will welcome rising country star and ACM Award-nominee Emily Ann Roberts at 8 p.m. Friday, July 24, at Lee Creek Tavern inside the casino.
Roberts has built her career through years of hard work, transforming from a talented young performer on local Knoxville stages into one of country music’s most promising emerging artists. Her growing list of accolades includes a nomination for ACM New Female Artist of the Year, recognition as Nashville AIMP’s Rising Artist-Writer of the Year, and selection to both the Opry NextStage and MusicRow Next Big Thing classes of 2026.
Roberts has also been named a CMT Next Woman of Country and a Nashville Briefing Artist to Watch. Many fans first discovered her as the runner-up on Blake Shelton’s team during Season 9 of NBC’s “The Voice,” a milestone she achieved before finishing high school.
Since then, Roberts has continued to expand her reach as a singer, songwriter and recording artist, earning more than 162 million streams worldwide. Her debut album, “Can’t Hide Country,” highlights her deep roots in traditional country and bluegrass music and received recognition from Billboard, People and MusicRow. She followed the album with her latest EP, “Memory Lane,” and new releases, including “Whipped,” “My Future” and “Things You Didn’t Know.”
Beyond the concert stage, she is featured in Walt Disney World’s Country Bear Musical Jamboree attraction, where she performs “Try Everything” from Disney’s “Zootopia.”
A seasoned live performer known for her authentic sound, heartfelt songwriting and engaging performances, Roberts continues to win over audiences across the country as her career reaches new heights.
The show is free to those 21 and older.
