TULSA, Okla. — Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa will celebrate seven years of Track 5. as Tulsa’s premier country dance hall with Track 5. Fest Feb. 13-14. The two-day weekend celebration will include performances by Oklahoma’s own Red Dirt legend Jason Boland and Little Texas.
Jason Boland & The Stragglers will open the celebration at 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13.
Known for its signature blend of Red Dirt and Texas country, the band has carved out a remarkable 25-year career rooted in authenticity, bold songwriting and relentless touring. Formed in Stillwater in 1998 by Harrah native Jason Boland while he attended Oklahoma State University, the band quickly rose to prominence after the release of its debut album, “Pearl Snaps,” in 1999. Over the years, Boland, along with current bandmates Grant Tracy and Nick Gedra, has helped define and elevate the Red Dirt genre, earning widespread critical acclaim and a dedicated nationwide fan base.
Legendary band Little Texas will continue the celebration with a show starting at 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14.

Known for the band’s musicianship, authenticity and self-written songs, Little Texas blazed trails with a sound built on tight harmonies and guitar-driven energy. The band has scored 12 Top 20 singles and three consecutive No. 1 hits, including “My Love,” “What Might Have Been” and the enduring fan favorite “God Blessed Texas.” The band has sold more than 7 million albums and earned major accolades, including a 1994 Academy of Country Music Award for Top Vocal Group for its double-platinum album “Big Time.” The band’s cultural impact was reaffirmed in 2024 when Billboard named “God Blessed Texas” the No. 1 Best Country Song Featuring Texas in the Title, alongside a star-studded tribute album featuring 23 Texas artists.
Track 5. opened in February 2019, with its namesake paying homage to Oklahoma’s country roots. The name is a nod to Oklahoma-inspired fifth tracks on country albums, beginning with Don Williams' “Tulsa Time,” continuing with George Strait’s “Tell Me Something Bad About Tulsa,” Waylon Jennings’ “Oklahoma Sunshine,” along with other songs from artists such as Kenny Rogers and Leon Russell. The venue offers live musical acts ranging from local bands and country classics to new and upcoming national artists.
Both shows during Track 5. Fest are free to those 21 and older.
